After years working in event management and marketing, I kept seeing the same pattern.

Brands putting everything into acquisition, ads, content, events, promotions but then doing almost nothing to keep the customers they worked so hard to win.

The first sale would happen. And then silence.

No follow-up. No system. No reason for the customer to come back. Just a growing list of people who bought once and forgot the brand existed.

This gap is exactly what led me to retention.

I started studying what actually makes health and sports audiences stay engaged - what makes them open, read, buy again, and tell others.

I also spent two years writing a weekly health newsletter, testing what works, and building frameworks that compound over time instead of spiking and dying.

AOM is the result of all of that.
